How the discovery call works
1. During the Discovery Call, we will go through several questions to gain a clearer understanding of your goals, as well as your business and accounting needs or challenges.
2. Following our Discovery Call a Client Partner will review the call notes and prepare a personalised proposal that suits your needs.
3. Once your proposal is ready we will send it over to you to review. If you’re happy with your proposal you can e-sign it.
4. When you have e-signed your proposal our team will be notified, you will officially be our client and our team will get to work for you.
5. After completing all the official formalities, we will schedule additional calls to onboard you into our systems and processes, enabling us to begin adding value to your business.
